Erin Rubin is an Associate Attorney at Raheen Family Law, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. She is experienced in handling every type of family law matter in Virginia, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases. Ms. Rubin represents clients in Fairfax, Manassas, Prince William County, Alexandria, Arlington, Leesburg, Loudoun County, and all across Northern Virginia.
Ms. Rubin, originally from Florida, moved to the Washington, D.C. area to attend American University Washington College of Law, where she graduated in May of 2022. During Ms. Rubin's tenure at American University Washington College of Law, she was chosen to participate in the Deans Fellowship program, specifically handling their family law related matters that included, but not limited to, domestic violence cases and uncontested divorces. At this clinic, Ms. Rubin also worked on cases involving estate planning.
After graduating from law school in 2022, Ms. Rubin attained her Bar License from the state of Maryland in May of 2023 and Virginia in May of 2024.
In her free time, Ms. Rubin loves working out and spending time with her dogs.
Ms. Rubin resides in Northern Virginia.
