Alina McDuffie is an Associate Attorney at Raheen Family Law, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. She is experienced in handling every type of family law matter in Virginia, including separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases. Ms. McDuffie represents clients in Fairfax, Manassas, Prince William County, Alexandria, Arlington, Leesburg, Loudoun County, and all across Northern Virginia.

Ms. McDuffie is a Northern Virginia Native. Ms. McDuffie attended Suffolk University School of Law and graduated in May of 2025. During Ms. McDuffie’s tenure at Suffolk University School of Law, she was a student attorney in the Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples Clinic. In this role, she provided direct legal representation and advocacy to clients on issues related to Indigenous peoples’ rights. Her work included drafting policies and governing documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural standards, conducting legal research to support the development of governance frameworks, and collaborating with tribal council to refine policies and establish clear organizational guidelines.

After graduating from law school in May of 2025, Ms. McDuffie attained her Bar License from the state of Virginia in December of 2025.

In her free time, Ms. McDuffie enjoys trying new coffee shops and spending time with her dog.

Ms. McDuffie resides in Northern Virginia.
